Hi Fido. I am trying to secure a competitive plan before porting out to freedom mobile. Can you please let me know who to contact because the general customer service has been extremely unhelpful. I have been with Fido for 20Y but like others have said, sadly this doesn't seem to mean much these days. Thanks.

Unfortunately customer retention does not matter to Fido now a days. They are happier letting you leave and then trying to win you back at a later date. Having loyalty to a company doesn't help out the consumer any more. Just go to whoever is offering the best price at the time and you will end up better off.
