Looking for a More Affordable Data Plan

Hi! I’m currently paying $42.38 for 20 GB on my plan. I heard that my friend is paying only $25 for 60 GB with Fido. Could you please check if there’s a better plan or promotion available for me? I’d like to stay with Fido but want to get a plan that offers more data for less. Thank you for your help!

  As mentioned in a reply to your previous post, you should note these forums are community-driven and not intended as a venue for customer services. Since we do not have access to customers' accounts, we would not know what exclusive promotions are available to you. You might be able to view your offers via your My Account --> Account Overview --> My Offers. 

  For their general promotions, you can view their Deals page. Unfortunately, however, there do not appear to be any current promotions on plans. If you can wait, Back to School or Black Friday or Christmas etc can be good times for special deals. 

  If you would like to discuss your matter, you would need to contact customer service.
