I was charged US roaming; however I was at my cottage on the Canadian side of Lake Erie. This is an ongoing issue and the only way to resolve is by speaking to a live specialist. I used to be able to live chat or speak to a live agent immediately; however, that changed and all I get is an automated response that does not solve my problem. The only other option is to schedule a call back in THREE DAYS! What kind of customer service is that? I may have to cancel and go with Bell since they offer US roaming for free.
