  • Hi! I was late by one day for the first time due to some personal reason, and got charged late fee. Didnot get any contact number where I can call and grieve my feelings. Thx

As part of our payment policy,  Late Payment Charges are applied when you have an unpaid balance on your account that is still outstanding after the bill due date.
