Sorry another post from me, but why is fido response basically non responsive?, I sent a DM via Facebook Messenger & no response, there is no longer chat available & I'm definitely not going to call just have fido callback in 3 days ...I got a device on April 14 via a courier.a Samsung s24 FE (CPO) it's really bad and since the update to Android 15 UI 7 about a week ago....over heating, battery drains bad, poor screen function (btw others have complained about it too) but since there is no customer service left & lack of support, I'm stuck with a lemon of a device.....of & of course I don't qualify for a return since I got the phone over a month ago...If I knew it was going to be a garbage phone then i would of never gotten it.

Yes I got the Samsung Galaxy S24 FE (CPO) on April 14 (so I can't return it) it's overheating & the battery drains quickly....it's has some issues with the camera....so now I'm stuck with it...this will be the last device upgrade I'm getting (while I'm with Fido), I'll likely go online get a newish device from Amazon or someplace.

Hi @Ash333 , sorry that your pre-owned device is giving you over heating issues. I'm assuming you've searched everywhere for a solution, but just in case Here  is an article from Samsung about overheating

  Sorry to hear of your situation. However, if you were expecting a response here from Fido customer service, you should note these forums are community-driven and not intended as a venue for customer services. We do not have access to customers' accounts nor would we be in any position to address your matter. I understand you have also sent a DM via Facebook Messenger. Unfortunately they appear to have removed their customer service via social media options. 

 

  I also understand you do not wish to call them again, however, if you wished assistance with your matter, you would need to contact customer service
