Moved over to Fido 2 weeks ago and its been nothing but a headache. In the begining it was error after error getting my phone connected with porting my number in. And now since joining I can't access my fido account on any device to make changes. If I am lucky enough to be able to get to the home page of my account and I mean lucky enough, the minute I navigate anywhere on the site it boots me out. I have spoken with 6 people now and not one of them are able to fix this issue. This has been a tremendous waste of my time having taken almost 2 weeks to fix this issue. Come to think of it I had problems even joining Fido online and had to speak with someone directly to solve that issue. What a nightmare this has been. Fido has offered zero compensation for the incredible waste of time this has caused me. Its not like I wanted to spend my holidays with a Fido rep, I am currently listening to their **bleep** musezac for over a half hour. Has anyone else experience this lack of competence with Fido or is it just me.
