Is this genuine?

Yesterday, I switched my service provider and today, reveived a phone call from (833) 378-4255 saying they're calling from Rogers & Fido Winback team.

After giving a good offer, which I agreed to switch back to, they asked me for 2 piece of IDs and asked me to call Rogers Validation Team at 

1 (800) 588-6718 to verify that I am infact the one creating a new account.

Are these numbers genuine? Or am I giving my IDs to a fraud?
