Is Fido ignoring their customers

I have some issues I have to talk to a specialist instead of AI. So I called Fido's support line and scheduled a call back appointment. But Fido did not call me at the appointment time. So I called their support line again to schedule another call back appointment. Again, no one from Fido called me at the appointment time. Have anyboday experienced the same? Does Fido even care their customers?
