International long distance calls disconnected every 30 mins

I have 1000-min international distance calls included in my plan. I notice that every time I made an international long distance call, the call was disconnected every 30 minutes. Any suggestions on how to avoid this? I did an online chat, but the customer service rep did not know why it happended. Thanks.

That definitely is odd. Have you been calling the same number or this happens with multiples contacts? It's possible the issue is on the other end. 

Does this also happen when you call people in Canada?
