I stopped receiving verification codes via SMS from my bank and government sites from Portugal.

Until now, I never had problems receiving verification codes via SMS, when accessing services in Portugal (banks and goverment websites). Since a few days ago I'm no longer able receiving them, which is a serious problem as I can't access my banking in Lisbon and other services from Portugal's websites. Wondering if this is happening to anyone here as well. I've already contacted FIDO and I'm waiting for a reply. Thank you!

Received a reply from  the Canadian Telecommunications Association, telling if my bank is not using a Short Code, then they may be using a 10-digit number to attempt to send the text message. The CTA do not have involvement or administrative oversight into 10-digit numbers at all, but I can confirm that the use of 10-digit numbers for commercial or business communications (such as banking) is not fully sanctioned across all carriers in Canada, and so there is a high likelihood that my bank’s text messages are getting triggered and blocked by carrier spam filters. If that's the case, there is nothing CTA can do, and it’s also unlikely that there’s anything FIDO/Rogers can do.
