Recently I port my phone number from freedom to fido, since then I can't receive verification codes from my bank via SMS. When I choose the option to receive the verification code via phone call, it works, it only fails with the SMS option.
Are there any special settings on my phone or my account to block me from receiving the codes?

Just to clarify, was the port in already completed or are you still on the temporary number?
