Hello Dildoorfido,
Welcome to the community!
Firstly, you should note these forums are community-driven and not intended as a venue for customer services. We do not have access to customers' accounts nor would we know the details of your situation.
Apologies, but I'm not quite sure I understand your situation. It appears as though you might be attempting to start a service request. However, you also mentioned another one. Had you received a replacement device? If you were not aware, Fido's device protection is fulfilled by Likewize.
If you had received a replacement device, you would still be responsible for the remaining balance the original device. In addition, there would be a fee for replacing the device.
On the other hand, you included a screen capture showing the device is not eligible for the service request. You should note that there are situations where the devices are not protected. For example, a temporary suspension of services also suspends the Device Protection (see here).
In addition, Likewize also has stipulations regarding their protection. As far as I am aware, their protection only applies when the device is actively registered on the Fido network (see here). As well, I believe they also switched to IMEI-based protection (see here). If you had purchased your device protection with a different device, you would have had to re-enroll the protection with the Galaxy Flip 6.
If you would like to go over your options, you would need to contact customer service. If your issue involves the specifics of device protection, you may need to contact Likewize directly.
Hope this helps 😀
Cheers
