How to reset your voicemail password

Forgot your voicemail password or simply want to change it?

Follow these 5 easy steps: 

1. Login to My Account on fido.ca
2. Click View Usage & Manage right next the number you want to change voicemail password for.
3. Scroll down to QUICK ACTIONS and select Reset voicemail password.
4. Enter the new voicemail password in the New Password and Confirm Password fields, then click SUBMIT.
