How to register a complaint

Not able to send an email or concern through your website??? Really?! Should have a way for customers to communicate directly instead of having to log on and be a member.  Poor customer service.

 

I would like to file a complaint about my phone call with Fido earlier today. Please let me know how I can do so.

I have asked to cancel my Fido account. They have agreed to do so but later I found out they didn't do it. And I still got charged for the next cycle. I called them but they refused to refund me. It's completely their fault that I got charged for $38 for no reason!

I ordered S23 and a change of plan online. I was informed to pick up the phone once I get a "ready to pickup" email from the store. No such email came and today they emails saying that it's expired as I didn't collect the device. I feel Fido sort of cheated me. PQC60430532917129

Similar thing happened to me I brought 5 to 7 customers to fido and I feel bad for them too. When I placed an order for phone I have never got any update or and I had to call 20 times just to get my phone.

  As FidoPhilippe noted, you would need to contact customer service to log your complaint (see also here).
