First of all, I want to say that fido is the most horrible phone company ever.
Here is my store: I am one year customer. I have $63 monthly plan. In the theory. In real life, I never paid this amount during the past year.
Fido gave me the plan that does not include enough GB and send me automatically GB refill SMS. When I opened to see, that additional charge ON automatically. First couple of month I did not understand what's happening. And if you see my payment history when you will see my past payments: $147, $163, $330 and etc.
I called million times to cancel this **bleep** forever but it still continued.
Two days ago I just entered to my account to pay my bill and SURPRISE, I had $120 additional usage change. And Again I HAVE TO PAY $278.75. WHAT IS GOING ON REALLY?????
I SPOKE WITH 3 CSR AND WHAT THEY DID? NOTHING!!!! THEY TRIED TO DIVIDED THE AMOUNT BUT NOT CANCEL IT.
FIDO IS THE WORST PHONE COMPANY EVER.
I WILL NOT ADVICE ANYBODY TO GO WITH FIDO.
PEOPLE KEEP AWAY FROM FIDO.
