Fido called me yesterday I accepted the offer, but I let customer service start my new plan on June 15th. So I am not transfered yet.
I received a email let me set up my account, and a email title "new Fido account confirmation" attached "mobile service agreement", "critical information summary". There has no eSIM.
for right now I can log in my account on website, but log in app would shows no linked.
so, does anyone know usually how long I supposed to recieve the eSIM? Is always take long or because my plan start June 15th? Am I gonna receive the eSIM by email? Or when my account linked I can see the qrcode under my account? Thank you!!

Did you also get a hardware upgrade with this offer?
Visit a Fido store to upgrade to an eSIM compatible device and get a printed copy of your eSIM voucher.
If this is a new line without a hardware upgrade:
You can head to fido.ca/esim to switch to an eSIM for a new line.

I know how to set up eSIM , my question is how long take I can recieve eSIM? And when I can log in my account on app.
