When I go to "My Account" on my mother's account, it only shows my mother's phone number as an option for changing the SIM.
As far as I can see, there are no dropdown menus or indications of the new number being anywhere on the page.
When I registered using my old phone number and went to this account, it did not even send me to the Change SIM page and sent me to my old phone number's dashboard.
I don't know what to do.

Hi @kellyy21 , have you tried activating your esim through the fido app? If you haven't resolved your issue online or through the app then I would suggest calling *611 on your device and requesting technical support. I hope you get this resolved.
