I am trying to port out
I do not have sms included, so I cannot recieve the message and respond to it.
I looked everywhere around the account area, but I cannot find anyting that would enable the port
I also try to contact customer support both by phone and chat, but i am only offered callback tomorrow about 24.5 hours later.
As I understand those port requests don't hang around for too long.
What do I do?

They should advertise that number, I looked everywhere as i couldn't get that sms it probably has the number
The bot was not helpful at all at it either, it should spit out that number as soon as it receives 'portout'

Hello @user_a,
You need to notify the new provider that the number is not a cell line that receives text messages, and they will start the porting request accordingly, you can then call 1 (866) 405-8694 thats the direct number to Rogers port out team and they will verify you and once they see the port request they will release the number.
I had the same issue when I was porting out a number from a data-only line, and calling that number got it ported out almost immediately.
