How do I cancel Spotify Premium if I am not currently in Canada? I am not using my Fido phone these few months and I cannot receive text messages from fidohub.ca.

Spotify premium can indeed be cancelled through Fidohub.ca but since you are unable to receive text messages, I will go ahead and send you a PM to help you out.

I have got the same problem, I can't receive text messages so fidohub.ca will not be of help for me. Can you help me get my spotify account cancelled?

Here's a few questions that might help us figure out the source of the issue:
First, are you connected to Wi-Fi or Mobile Data?
Are you getting an error message when trying to cancel your subscription through www.fidohub.ca?
Do you have a Pulse plan?
Or are you using the standalone Spotify Premium ad-on?
