How can I set up callback from abroad? They just hung up with an error every time.

Hi, I am in France and I really need to cancel my phone plan. 

The agent I talked to back in Canada told me that I could set up the callback from abroad as well. I called the number +1 (514) 925-4590 more than a few times, but every time I said or typed my French number, they just hung up by saying,' There is an error. Goodbye. ' And I cannot even set up a callback or connect to an agent from both chat or this abroad number ..... Can you please help with this?

When you call +1 514-925-4590, does it give you the option of speaking to a Specialist without entering your number? Also, am I correct to assume you are trying to reach us using a non-Fido phone? If yes. I suggest calling the number with your Fido phone.
