How can I save my number while I temporarily leave Canada

I am going to leave Canada soon and go back home, is there a plan where it will only save my number till I come back ? It will only be a temporary leave for about 3 months and I will not use any data from Fido during the time that I left.

Hello @Harry1239,

Welcome to the community!

Since you will be back 3 months you can do a temporary suspension this way you do have to pay the full cost of the plan and when you come back you can remove it and you will have your number and plan. A temporary suspension costs $7 month.

A few things to note:

You need to have been with Fido for a minimum of one month and must not be in a contract.
The suspension and the monthly suspension fees will take effect on the last day of your current billing cycle.
You will have to pay for it up-front unless you have a pre-authorized payment setup.
If you are on the Fido Payment Program you will continue to pay your monthly funding amount during the suspension.
