I'm a longtime user with fido for over 8 years, and I nearly upgraded my phones with Fido financing program every 2 years. It was just last year when I upgraded my last phone from fido. This time when I was about to do so, Fido only offered me the options of 1. Keep my current plan and pay the full price for the device, or, 2. Take the device with financing program and change my current plan to another which is more expensive. I've tried like 8 different phone models and no one would let me keep my plan.
I'm so disappointed because i don't wanna change my plan. Thank you Fido for saving my money for buying new phone from you.
