Hours of Operation on Sundays

Trying to find out your hours of operation on Sundays for phone customer service. When I called I was told to call back during normal business hours yet was not told what those hours are.

As you know, the chat has become useless with no human agents assisting customers.

  I replied to your other post here. Unfortunately, I'm not sure whether they have posted hours of operation anymore. As mentioned in that reply, Fido has recently decided to rely more on their Virtual Assistant system and call-backs for customer service. Had you arranged a call-back?

I have talked with a few agents without callbacks. They are there, just during reduced business hours.

  Well, you appear to be lucky in that regard. That said, they have removed the posted service hours from their contact pages. As well, they appear to have removed their customer service via social media options. 

**edit** If I remember correctly (when they did post customer service hours), they were closed on Sundays. **
