I was being charged $80 on a 20gb phone plan and decided to move away. When a customer service agent named Varinder from Fido contacted and said they'll give me a cheaper plan. I agreed to switch back, turns out they have started a completely new line and not ported my old number on it which was specifically informed to Varinder from fido. No one is responding on the customer service line. I want to completely remove anything from fido and/or rogers you guys have worst ever customer service and if I am not contacted within coming days I'll sue the entire org.
