Someone at FIDO sends me a reminder about a week before my bill is due. That is very ignorant of them as I pay my bill in full and earlier thant the due date each and every month. They over charge for their services as it is, one of the highest in the entire planet. I have 2 months left on my current contract and have already started to look for an alternate provider.
Then again I am not surprised as they are owned by Rogers.

Hi @dennyr52 , sorry that receiving a bill reminder upsets you. That reminder is sent to everyone to keep us in the loop on the due date so we don't unknowingly go into late charges. The reminder is automatically generated as a courtesy. Please don't take it as a personal affront. We all have a lot on our minds and sometimes we forget things. I, personally get really annoyed when I receive late charges. Again, it's not sent out to offend anyone. Stay safe out there, all the best OL
