I wanted to give a thank you & a proper good review for the help I got from my Fido support. The date I received help was today April 9th, 2021. It was regarding a payment that was disrupted due to my Visa protection & update. I had actually immediately resolved the auto payment online but Fido billing still charged me an exorbitant $25. My support service was kind enough to resolve this issue which was based on my consistent auto payments. So I really need to thank her & would like to know her to give her a good review.
