Someone has recently changed my recovery number, I was able notice it and changed it back (as well as changed my password) within the hour so I don't think there was any real damage done.
I still have the automatic fido email with fraudulant recovery number, is there somewhere I can report it?

Good to hear you caught it in time, you can call customer service and ask to speak with the fraud department and let them know what happened and they can advise you on what to do.
