got a text from Fido tonight that they had received a request to transfer my account to another vendor. did not have time to deny the request before it was all done. In the meantime the fraudulent party used "their " new phone number to highjack my Paypal account, change all parameters and go on a shopping spree.
I just cannot understand how: Fido can do this and furthermore that no one is available to be reached outside of business hours .
thanks Fidoanthonyz. getting to the account is not the issue. the issue is that the account has been cancelled without my permission , approval, signature,....makes no sense to me. then cannot do anything about it until "the business hours"
