Fido Refund

Hello

I've changed my plan with a new phone ( 2 years contract) with $1011.78 down payment for new cell phone.

I 've received first bill with new plan today and I have $-938.39 negative balance . I realized, with my mistake, I payed 2 times for down payment .

Could you please help me how can I ask for refund it. Thank you

You will need to contact customer service directly and they will be able to refund you the overpayment.
