I want to report a fraudulent activity on my bill, and Fido Live chat and Phone Call are all directed to an AI, which schedule a call back in hours. Is this crazy, or is it normal? Because it wasn't like this in the past. Any other carrier I work with wasn't like this either.
Also, t I've been thinking if my phone is stolen from me, as it happened to my friend a few days ago. When I want to report it immediately to Fido, isn't it weird I should schedule a call back in few hours or run to a fido store miles away 🤔?

You can report a lost/stolen phone directly and quickly through our automated phone system. Alternatively, you can also use the live chat feature to get in touch with us as well and we'll be happy to help you.

Your absolutely correct Fido discontinued the Live Chat and Phone Call service. You will have to await to hear back from Customer Service. If your device was stolen please report it immediately!
