Fido Home Phone message indicator stays on for a longtime after the message is deleted and mailbox is empty. How to fix it?

Or another phone model?

You might need an update firmware or new device, please follow up for your specific support.

Thanks for the response. Model is 721 and it is new - picked from the store a week ago.

Hi @GoranK there are update software to address a bug with the message waiting indicator!
