2 days ago, I was ready to place an order for a new subsidized plan, even called phone reps with some questions.
Today I woke up ready to move forward and the plans have completely disappeared, replaced by ridiculous financing plans.
I can't believe that there was no sort of warning to act fast, nor online nor by the phone reps.
That's a total mess-up.
I started my line with Fido when I moved to Canada on August 28, 2006. Today I am cancelling it, and there's no going back.
