Extra Roaming charge

I'm a participant level 1

It's been 7 months I'm valued customer of Fido with having two lines but from month of January and February I was not in canada and I got extra charge of 90$ and 30$ in respective months so I charged extra 120$ without using services I want to get this amount refunded in my account or give me bill credit because I was not earning anything in canada and I have to pay this amount while staying in back home Please look into this issue ASAP

Sounds like you incur some roaming charges, you should note that if you did not take any precautionary measures to ensure your device does not roam you can still incur usage from apps using data in the background.


Since this is a billing issue it would be best to contact customer service directly and they can go over your account and better advise you.
