I recently ordered a new line from the app and it was activated today and I've been trying to activate the esim on my phone but its asking for a confirmation code which is to be sent to my phone. I do not have the physical sim, I can't go to the store, the virtual chat cannot help, the call assistant wasted my time just to tell me I cared outside business hours

If you've lost your current SIM card for your line and need a replacement, you will essentially need to visit a Fido store to get a new one. This is mandatory to prevent takeovers and for security measures.
