I switched my SIM to esim then deleted both not realizing what I was doing. Now I can't use my SIM because it's cleared and I can't call fido because I have no number. I also live 2hours from any fido store lol soooooo anything I can do. Tried to reconnect esim but you need access to phone number.

Hi @alexnelson91 , now that would be a bit of a slap my forehead moment. I'm sorry that happened, mistakes do happen though. Did you try to reorder a new Sim from the app, either esim or physical sim? If you're not able to do that, you will have to call into fido or send off a dm to fidosolutions on Twitter or Facebook and request their assistance in restoring or replacing your Sim. You can't be the first person to make that error. www.fido.ca/support can give other ways to make contact. Fingers crossed 🤞
