i find that very I unrespectful for Fido to call me back in English when a French speaking customer is requesting for a superior to contact me regarding a problem with the coverage map!

In this case I would suggest following up with our customer support team through our Contact Page and letting them know that you would need someone that can speak French to follow-up with you.

We're sad to learn that your experience wasn't what you had expected from us! It's certainly not the type of service we aim to provide.
