Hey all,
I'm leaving Canada unexpectedly today and I tried to call support to cancel my phone service, and they require a scheduled callback, but I won't be in the country, I can't get past the auto AI phone system to speak to someone.

Sorry to hear you will need to leave Canada unexpectedly. However, you should note these forums are community-driven and not intended as a venue for customer services. We would not have access to customers' accounts nor would we be in any position to assist with your matter.
Unfortunately, I do not know of a satisfactory answer to offer you. You will need customer service assistance to cancel your services. However, I'm not aware of any other means of contacting them directly anymore. Their new system apparently does require a call-back.
I understand it might not solve your issue, but hope it helps 😀
