Data usage

I'm a participant level 1
I'm a participant level 1

What do I do?  Cannot extend data usage?  Went over due to going to California to babysit my grandaughter.  I love in toronto area.  Had called fido before I left and they said all ok.  I now cannot access data usage.  Should I switch from fido to wind?  Have heard that is great coverage for both the US and Canada.
