Customer Service - Rotten

 I have been with Fido for over 20 years.  I have 3 lines with them, and have been a great customer.  Up until recently, I told everyone I know to use Fido, because the customer service has been fantastic.   

Well, all that has changed.  I can no longer talk to an agent on the CHAT... I have to deal with that "dumb as a rock" Jack computer... where are all the people?  Where is the customer service.  I ordered my son a new phone weeks ago, it hasnt appeared and I cant talk to a "person" unless I make an appointment for a few days from now?  What is that????.

You dont have to "wait" for me to pay my bill, all these years, my loyalty has been unfaltering... and now you no longer care about the customer enough to actually speak to them??? I am incredibly disappointed.
