I am unable to speak. At all. So how do I discuss the late fees I'm not willing to pay.
My husband called and they tried to upsell him... wouldn't waive the fees.
I am the account holder... DISCUSS WITH ME!!!!

Sorry to hear of your situation. However, you should note these forums are community-driven and not intended as a venue for customer services. We would not have access to customers' accounts nor would we be in any position to assist with your matter.
Unfortunately, I don't believe Fido offers customer support via email or text message. Regrettably, I'm not sure of an easy solution for your issue. As far as I am aware, they offer Relay services and Sign Language Interpreter Services. If you are not set up for a relay service, you may need to visit a Fido store for assistance.
