Hi all,

I had the 35$ plan per month and last month I received the bill showing plan changed to 38$. Anyone knows why?

It sounds like your plan had a price increase; carriers often do that from time to time. Fido usually notifies us of any upcoming changes at least 3 months in advance via our invoice. If you check the last 3-4 months' invoice, you should see the notification.
