What happened to customer service did they just get rid of all the employees? I have not been able to reach anyone in over a week ...you cant talk to anyone on the day of your inquiry. The call back option is inefficent and doesnt call you exactly at the time they say they will call you back. Who wants a call back two days later this is the worst serivice!!!i need to talk to somoeone on my bill or im switching and cancelling to Bell asap as they are offering way better packages....how many customers are they going to loose because all you can speak to is the virtual assistant which is useless!

Yeah. Live chat support has gotten entirely en**bleep**tified. It used to be useful enough to resolve lots of issues using actual human beings. Now it's just a stupid chatbot that cannot do anything useful.
Having to wait days for callbacks is absolutely horrible customer service.
Time to start looking for a new provider I think.
