Cannot change billing address via my online account - Error 502

I have tried to change my billing address via my online fido account since a couple of months ago and every time it reports error 502. I cannot figure out why, since the address is clearly in the database (when I input the key word, i.e., the street name and number, the fido system suggests the exact complete address and postal code), but why I keep having this error returned?

I will appreciate very much if someone could help. Otherwise if possible I can turn to a Fido boutique nearby to settle this problem as soon as possible.

Have you tried clearing cookies and cache of your browser? I would also suggest using a different browser to see if it allows you to make the change.

Thanks for your reply. No I have tried several internet browsers and none of them works. If possible, I might go to a fido boutique and ask for help from a consultant. Can you confirm this works?
