I have tried to change my billing address via my online fido account since a couple of months ago and every time it reports error 502. I cannot figure out why, since the address is clearly in the database (when I input the key word, i.e., the street name and number, the fido system suggests the exact complete address and postal code), but why I keep having this error returned?
I will appreciate very much if someone could help. Otherwise if possible I can turn to a Fido boutique nearby to settle this problem as soon as possible.

Hi there, I just joined Fido and see that the billing address displayed is different from the one I entered when signing up; the street name is incorrect. I keep getting the same error code as well.
