Cancelling my FIDO Plan

Hi there. I used to have a FIDO cell phone, ibut moved to Rogers a year ago.

I have an IPAD Plan still on my name,from FIDO, since 2018 and I was still paying monthly data. 

 

The contract ends this week and I no longer want to pay for data I am not using. I been on hold with FIDO Customer Service for an hour on the phone, NO RESPONSE. I have also been trying to speak to someone online since Monday but no RESPONSE!!

It only says Thank you so much for your patience – we're sorry for the wait. Your chat is still in a priority sequence and will be answered as soon as possible. for the past 2 hours. 

 

Please help. Where can I talk to an actual agent and cancel my plan.

Hi there, 

I completed the form you sent me last week. I STILL Havent heard back. I dont want to pay for something I dont need, but inspite of numerous efforts on my end, FIDO doesnt seem to respond to any calls or online messages! This is totally unheard of and TOTALLY unacceptable. 

Will have to seriously consider complaining to higher authorities.
