Cancelling fido plan

I cant cancel my fido plan. Everytime i call the customer service hangs up on me. Its always one excuse or another. Broken mouse, broken monitor promises to call me back. I've had enough! I want to cancel my mobile plan! I don't live in Canada anymore! Its horrendous how you treat your customers. Now I can't even schedule a callback with the virtual assistant! I call and they say they've scheduled me but then I receive no confirmation text and no callback. HELP ME CANCEL MY FIDO PLAN!

Hi @Kevin_is , that should be easier to do. May I suggest you send a DM on Twitter or Facebook to fido solutions and request assistance with your cancellation? Hopefully not waiting on the phone should be less stressful
