Hey,
I haven't registered the esim sent to me to start a second line as my partner decided he does not want a phone line. I cannot find a way to speak to someone about canceling. I made a specialist phone appointment I need to change, and am unable to change the appointment time. I want to cancel this second line ASAP and am really frustrated I can't reach a human.

If you call customer service and choose the option to change plan, then cancel it usually gets you through faster at least it does from my past experience.
You should note that this forum is community-driven and not a method of customer service; unfortunately, no one would be able to call you by requesting it here.

Is a Fido rep able to contact me ? I have been trying since Thursday to reach someone. I made the specialist phone call for 11am tomorrow and have a conflicting appointment and need to cancel. The ask jack thing doesn't understand I need a different time. So annoyed that I can't just speak to a human. Really bad customer service, fido.
