Help help help! I have been calling Fido customer care for 20 plus days now to cancel my Fido service and everytime they schedule a call back and nothing happens. The virtual assistant doesn't connect me to the agent. I am incurring one after the other bills for my number that I have stopped using. How do you contact their customer support? The in-person store people said to cancel it via the phone. Please help!

Hope all is well with you. That sounds absurd that it took more than three weeks to cancel your service with Fido. I would contact Fido's customer service department and press zero on your mobile, this will prompt you to an agent who could help you. Also if you cancel your service with Fido your billing will stop immediately.
