Can't view billing details.

Why does it say that I am not the account holder, even so, I logged in with my email? I can pay the bill but I can't see the details.

Hey @Harash Smiley 

 

When you set up your online account, you it asks you if you are the account holder.


You would need to register again as a new customer to be the account holder

 

  1. Go to fido.ca and click Register and then REGISTER NOW.
  2. Click ACCOUNT HOLDER.

From there, you can enter your account number and postal code. Can you let me know how it goes on your end?
