I have an overdue bill that I missed during a change in banks. I have made payments twice now, but my money appears to be being held in limbo and not going anywhere. I am still getting ntifications saying that I have an overdue bill, despite having made the necessary payment TWICE. Customer service is all automated and unhelpful. Can anyone help me?

When making a payment from your bank account, it can take anywhere from 3-7 business days, depending on your banking institution, before Fido receives the funds. If it's been longer than that, you should double-check check you enter the correct Fido account number or check with your banking institution.
If you make your payments by credit card, the funds will be applied immediately.
