Can't find my trade in return shipping label.

I got a quote to trade in my phone and it was accepted .Now it say's to log into my account and print the shipping label,Well I can't find it anywhere?Can someone guide me to it .The Trade in shipping label!

Sorry to hear you're having trouble locating the shipping label for your trade! 
Usually, the confirmation email we send to confirm the trade has a link that would open the page with the shipping label.

If you still don't see it, please contact customer service so they can send you a new one or guide you further.
